How does the dress hire process work?
Browse our collection: Start by browsing our designer collection online. You can filter by color, designer, occasion, size, and style to find the perfect outfit.
Select your outfit: Once you have found an outfit you love, select your size and rental period. Add the items to your cart and proceed to check out.
Receive your outfit and enjoy your event: Wear your designer outfit to your event and feel amazing and fabulous. Make sure to follow any care instructions provided to keep the outfit in pristine condition.
Return your outfit: After your rental period is over simply return the outfit using the pre- paid satchel which was included in your package.
Repeat: if you have another event, feel free to browse our collection and rent another stunning designer outfit.
Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible, so you can focus on your event looking and feeling amazing.
Do you have a physical store?
No we don’t.
Can I book my outfit in advance?
Yes, you can book your outfit 6 months in advance.
How long is the rental period?
The hiring period is 4- or 8-day hire.
What if the dress doesn’t fit?
We take great care to ensure that the sizing information provided for each outfit is accurate. If the outfit does not fit as expected on the measurements, we are unable to offer a refund. We suggest reviewing the size carefully before making your selection. If you have any questions about sizing or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
What if my rental period ends on a public holiday or Sunday?
You can still return the outfit using the prepaid return satchel provided in your package. Simply drop off your package the next business day after the holiday by 12pm.
What if I accidentally damage or stain the outfit?
In this case, please contact us immediately to assess and determine the best course of action. Depending on the severity of the damage you may be charged a repair fee, a cleaning fee, or the retail price of the outfit if it is beyond repair.
We understand that accidents can happen; we will work with you to resolve it fairly. The rental agreement will outline specific terms and conditions regarding damages.
How long will it take for my outfit to be delivered?
Estimated standard delivery time is 1-3 business working days. Depending on your location and the time you placed your order. If you have placed your order by 11am it will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise, it will be sent out the next working day.
If you have placed an order on the weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal
Do I need to dry clean the clothing before returning?
No, we look after all the drycleaning which is included in the cost of hiring your outfit.
Can I alter the outfit?
No. We ask that no alterations are made to any of the garments.

Delivery is $20
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, we do
Do you offer weekend delivery?
No, we don’t offer weekend delivery as couriers only operate Monday to Friday.
How do I return my order?
Simply package your garments in the pre-paid postal satchel which was included in your package and return at your nearest Australia post.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive in time?
In the rare case in which your outfit doesn’t arrive within the date requested please contact us at info@laluxury.com.au and we will assist you further.
